Next ProductThis optional housing enclosure is rated for insulation contact and is offered in two heights. The proper height fixture must be used according to the fixture specification sheet.
There is no junction box on this IC housing, run wire through the enclosure and down through the ceiling hole for connection to the fixture's junction box.
This IC enclosure does not have a bottom and should be installed flush to the top of the ceiling material. The ceiling hole is drilled so that the fixture will install within the enclosure.
